Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wildstar Yoga Company (“Wildstar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By proceeding to purchase, register, or participate in any Wildstar retreat, class, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “the guest,” or “the participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Wildstar Yoga Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes. The most current version will always be available through the “Terms & Conditions” link on the Wildstar Yoga Company website.

 

Cancellation Policy

Deposits

All retreat deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your spot and allow Wildstar Yoga Company to reserve accommodations, meals, and other retreat logistics on your behalf.

Cancellations 120 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date

Payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit and a $250.00 administrative fee) may be eligible—but are not guaranteed—for refund. Administrative fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellations 120 Days or Less Before Retreat Start Date

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Weather or natural disasters
   

• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies (including COVID-19)
   

• Family or work emergencies
   

• Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
   

• Government mandates, travel restrictions, quarantines, or border closures
   

• Personal changes of mind or circumstance
   

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and COVID-related interruptions.

• You may transfer your reservation to another guest up until 60 days from the retreat with written approval from Wildstar Yoga Company. Please email Info@wildstaryogaco.com for more information about transferring your reservation.
   

 

COVID & Health Policies

All deposits and administrative fees remain non-refundable, including in the event of COVID-related disruptions (such as illness, flight cancellations, border closures, lockdowns, quarantines, or travel testing requirements).

Mask-wearing and vaccination requirements are subject to local regulations at the time of the retreat. Wildstar Yoga Company does not require masks unless mandated by the retreat location’s health authorities.

Wildstar Yoga Company is not responsible or liable for any participant who contracts COVID-19 (or any variant) before, during, or after a retreat. Participants attend at their own risk.

 

Instructor Cancellation Policy

If Wildstar Yoga Company or its instructors must cancel a retreat due to illness, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions), participants will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

If the retreat has less than 50% capacity 90 days from the start date, Wildstar Yoga Company reserves the right to cancel.

Wildstar Yoga Company is not responsible for:

​

• Flights, accommodations, or travel expenses booked independently by participants
   

• Missed flights or connections
   

• Losses incurred due to third-party bookings
   

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

 

Room & Accommodation Disclaimers

• All participants must be 18 years or older.
   

• Rooms may vary slightly in size, layout, or amenities. All room types are priced for single or double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
   

• Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
   

• If booking as a single traveler, you may be paired with a roommate(s) of the same gender unless you’ve booked a private room (if available).
   

• If you book for one person but select a shared room, we will assume you are a single guest in a shared bed booking.
   

We do our best to honor room requests, but specific preferences cannot be guaranteed.

 

General Disclaimers

• Retreat pricing includes only what is specifically listed in the package (accommodation, meals, activities, and transportation as described).
   

• Wildstar Yoga Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
   

• We are not responsible for airline cancellations, transportation issues, or missed flights.
   

• Sponsored items or gifts (if provided) are complimentary and not part of the retreat cost.
   

• Valid passport and travel documentation are required for international retreats.
   

• Cash payments are not accepted upon arrival; full payment is due 90-120 days before (depending on the retreat) the retreat start date via our booking platform.
   

• A signed Liability Waiver and Retreat Agreement must be submitted prior to participation.
   

• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for your protection.
   

Wildstar Yoga Company is not liable for any participant who becomes ill or injured before, during, or after the retreat, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

 

Third-Party Vendors

During our retreats, Wildstar Yoga Company may engage third-party vendors (e.g., transportation, lodging, excursions, catering). These vendors operate independently and are not agents or employees of Wildstar Yoga Company.

We are not responsible for any act, omission, negligence, or default of these vendors.

You agree that Wildstar Yoga Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from its services or products.

 

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your participation in Wildstar Yoga Company retreats or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable laws.

Each party waives the right to bring an action in court, except to enforce an arbitration award.

 

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the invalid clause shall replace it.

 

Unconditional & Full General Release

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildstar Yoga Company, its owners, agents, instructors, and employees from any liability, claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your participation in any retreat, class, or service.

​

This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, or property loss arising out of negligence or acts/omissions of Wildstar Yoga Company or its affiliates.

​

Participation in any Wildstar Yoga Company offering constitutes an unconditional release of liability.
